Acceptable Use Policy – AUP

The Acceptable Use PolicyAUP is part of the Master Agreement and must be read and accepted in its entirety, in conjunction with the rest of the Agreement between You and High Density Networks (HDN).

1. Forbidden Usage of Services

You agree not to use directly or allow third parties to use the Services: 

  • to violate the legal right of others
  • for illegal, fraudulent or invasive purposes
  • for fraudulent activities or deceptive practices
  • to distribute malware (worms, viruses, trojans, bots or and other deceptive or destructive items)
  • to host and distribute content that is obscene, abusive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable
  • to host pornographic materials

As a customer, you may not engage in activities, lawful or unlawful, that HDN determines to be harmful to its customers, operations, reputation, goodwill or customer relations.

Excessive Use is forbidden. You may not use any system provided by HDN in a way it deems excessive, meaning it interferes with its normal operation or consumes a disproportionate share of resources.

2. Security Violations

You may not use directly or allow others to use the Services to violate the security or integrity of any network, system, device or application. Examples:

Unauthorized Access. Using your services, without written consent, to scan, probe, breach security measures or test the vulnerabilities of other services and systems.

Forging Origin. Falsifying TCP/IP packet headers, email headers or any part of a message describing origin or route.

Data Interception. Sniffing or monitoring data on different services or systems without permission.

3. Network Abuse

You may not connect to other networks, hosts, servers or users without their consent. You are not allowed to do:

Denial of ServiceDOS. Flood a target with requests so that it is rendered ineffective or in responding to legitimate requests or becomes unavailable.

Data Crawling. Make repeated data requests to a target so it disrupts its functionality.

Prohibited Network Services. Operate open email relays, open proxies, hosting Tor nodes, public VPN services, proxies, socks servers, IRC servers.

SPAM. Generate, relay or otherwise facilitate unsolicited bulk commercial email (SPAM). This includes any type of messages, for promotional, advertising, solicitation, commercial or informational purposes.

4. Enforcement

HDN reserves the right to investigate any breach of the AUP.

Your failure to comply with the AUP may result in the suspension and/or Termination for Cause of the Services covered by this Agreement.

We can immediately remove, suspend, disable, restrict access or modify any content or services that violate this AUP or this Agreement.

We may report any illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, disclosing customer information and cooperating to help the investigation and prosecution.

5. Violations Reporting Procedure

If you wish to report a AUP violation, including copyright infringements or abuse, please send HDN a notification by email or courier to the Abuse Department.

Make sure your notification includes all necessary identification and contact information, your legal standing, in-depth issue description and specific action request.

HDN will make reasonable commercial efforts to act and respond to all notices and requests within 2 Business Days from receipt.
