The Privacy Policy – PP is part of the Master Agreement and must be read and accepted in its entirety, in conjunction with the rest of the Agreement between You and High Density Networks (HDN).
1. Scope
The Privacy Policy – PP governs your access to and use of the HDN website and services. This Privacy Policy may be subject to change from time to time. It is your responsibility to comply with the latest edition of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in force at any given time.
2. Collected Information
HDN collects information from you when you register on our websites, place an order, respond to a survey, fill out a form or access Support Services.
When ordering or registering on our website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other company or personal information. You may, however, visit our website anonymously.
3. Use of Your Information

8. Right of Access
You can obtain from HDN, without constraint, at reasonable intervals and without excessive delay or business expense:
- Confirmation if data relating to you is being processed, purpose of processing, type of data concerned, recipients to which the data is disclosed;
- Communication in an intelligible form regarding the data being processed and the available information as to its source;
- Knowledge of the logic involved in any automatic processing of data concerning you.
HDN will provide you with means to rectify, erase or block your data that is being stored or processed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate business effort.
You are entitled to access your data on the HDN websites or systems, by entering your identification information. You will be able to view, edit, update, block, delete or convert into anonymous all personal data provided. If you want to stop using your account you are free to deactivate or delete it any time.
You may object at any time on compelling legitimate grounds to the processing of your data by HDN.
9. Your Consent
By using HDN websites or services you consent to its governing Privacy Policy.
10. International Compliance
HDN complies with the US-Swiss and US-EU Safe Harbor Privacy Principles and the European Union Directive 95/46/EC.
11. Privacy Policy Changes
If HDN decides to change the Privacy Policy, we will update the Privacy Policy modification date below.
This Privacy Policy was last modified on February 1st, 2024.
12. Inquiries and Violations Reporting Procedure
For any privacy related inquiries or in order to report a PP violation, please send HDN a notification by email or courier to the Legal Department.
Make sure your notification includes all necessary identification and contact information, your legal standing, in-depth issue description, specific action request.
HDN will make reasonable commercial efforts to act and respond to all notices and requests within 2 Business Days from receipt.
