Professional Services

Your daily activity may have specific business processes and may require a customized level of support. Sometimes the issues that you face require dedicated services. The need for the highest level of customization is our starting point for HDN Professional Services.

All requests that are not covered by Standard Business Support or Managed Cloud Support are treated as Professional Services.

Professional Services can be used PAYG (Pay As You Go) or contracted and paid in advance as a 10 hour package that can be used until year-end.

All Professional Services will be accounted and billed in 15 minutes increments.

The services are available for High Density Networks infrastructure customers and for any other externally hosted setup.

Depending on the complexity or cause of the issue, requests come with a Best Effort SLA. This means we will put all our effort in solving the issues, but we will not guarantee the timing or the results.

Availability: 9 am – 6 pm through email and phone during Business Days, 24×7 for critical issues.

Targeted response time: Next Business Day, email or phone.

Price:

No commit plans: $120/ hour PAYG or $100/ hour for a 10 hour service package

Monthly, 1 year commit: $100/ hour PAYG or $80/ hour for a 10 hour service package
