It includes all issues covered by Standard Business Support with a significant higher level of technical service. This is the best support scenario for organizations that require prompt access to our Cloud experts.

  • Scaling Support

We will be there anytime you need to go big. Addressing platform issues or risks for high traffic events will be under control with our technical support and guidance.

  • Monitoring

We make sure we keep an eye on all your infrastructure resources along with your applications, performance and capability.
In this way you get your cloud computing capabilities while staying on budget.

  • Alerting

An alert will be activated for any issue that we find while monitoring your cloud environment in order that we can rapidly identify the cause and solve the problem. Rapidly delivering cause and knowledge can save time for both of our teams.

  • OS and 3rd party applications install

We help you install and maintain the 3rd party applications you need and which are not included in your OS. All you need with High Density Network Managed Cloud Support is to sign up and let us know what specific apps you need to run in your cloud.

  • Administrative tasks

Do not worry about configurations, updates, system upgrades, security patches, backups or any other of the tasks that consume a lot of time and energy. HDN Managed Support Services run your administrative tasks in a manner that allows you to make the most of your cloud services.

Does not cover:

  • Advanced debugging of custom software.
  • Non-standardized or non-automated tasks that require sysadmin intervention.

*Covers only standard builds of specified OS and applications versions.

**Any non-standardized or non-automated task that require sysadmin intervention will be treated as Professional Services. Each $100 (rounded to the next $25) paid for Managed Cloud Support entitles you to 1 hour of Professional Services for the current month.

Availability: 9 am – 6 pm through email and phone during Business Days, 24×7 for critical issues.

Targeted response time: 4 hours for critical issues, next Business Day for all other requests.

Price:

Hourly: $150 account base fee + 15% infrastructure charges

Monthly, no commit: $125 account base fee + 12.5% infrastructure charges

Monthly, 1 year commit: $100 account base fee + 10% infrastructure charges

Customers that pay less than $200 for monthly resources will be charged half the base fee.

Calculation Example

A customer has contracted resources worth $1475 monthly, no commit, and wants to add Managed Cloud Support.

The monthly charge will be:

Base fee: $125 Usage fee: $184.38, calculated as $1475 x 12.5%
Cost: $309.38, calculated as $125 + $184.38
Professional Services entitlement: 3 1/4 hours, calculated as “=CEILING(309.38/100,0.25)”
