  • Architecture Support

You get full support and guidance for designing and architecting the best cloud environment for your needs. The planning consultancy will help you scale a cloud environment accurately predicting the total cost of ownership.

  • Security& Disaster Recovery Evaluation

Once deployed, we monitor and review your workload impact on resources and provide recommendations for performance and security configuration.

Does not cover:

  • Performing administration tasks.
  • Debugging custom code.
  • Support for 3rd party applications.

Availability: 9 am – 6 pm through email and phone during Business Days, 24×7 for critical issues.
